Or rather, Bob *hit* Bluewater.
The Kentish Temple of Mammon's LEGO Shop had two (count'em) 3272 Scoops on
Saturday afternoon. Apparently there had been a 'small delivery' during the
week, but the next delivery date is unknown. I was told there's been no TV
advertising of the line because there aren't enough Bob's to go around. As
Bobmania is peaking once again, with Bob at Number One in the hit parade,
LEGO are haunted by the vision of small children wrestling for the few sets
available.
Hummed and hah-ed for three seconds and bought one, despite my recently
turned 3yo having entered a Duplo Dark Age. Got home to discover that she'd
also got over Bob a few weeks ago. My wife informs me that we've now hit the
Age of Barbie. Oh well...
