I saw some of the Best-Lock sets in a shop in Bath this week.
This particular shop typically sells Lego at prices 10-20% higher than
Argos.
Despite this, the Best-Lock sets were very cheap for the piece counts.
400 to 480 pieces were £11.50 and the larger 700 piece sets, such as the
shuttle launch pad, were £23.50.
The large castle was in the mid £30s.
I didn't buy any because, ...well it's difficult to describe, but the
colours looked cheap, almost translucent. I was not convinced that the
material used would provide a decent "lock". They just didn't have a
quality look about them.
