If they are PP wheels, then it will need to be quite a large model to retain
scale.
The competition does not require you to use lego, apart from the wheels.
I think they are expecting something VERY professional to win - likely
modelled in clay or polystyrene, and painted.
Not something that looks like bricks! But who knows
