Hmmm. Here's my 2p's worth.
lugnet.market.auction & buy-sell-trade are where sale lists should be.
If the seller only wants to sell to someone in a specific location, e.g.
the UK, they can say so in their announcement.
I would tend to go easy on someone who announced here that they were
running an auction somewhere else, if it was a UK-specific auction, not
open to anyone else.
I could go and read the group charter again, but that would be expensive
at this time of day :-)
