Sorry, I meant to post at the weekend, but I've been a bit preoccupied.
As expected, there is a three way split of those who can make either
date, those who can only make 27/11, and those who can do 11/12.
I will now plump for the 11th of December. I still suspect that some
people won't be able to attend when they discover there's a Christmas do
on the day before, but it does have the advantage of being 3 days before
my birthday :-)
I'll post a proper announcement later in the week, cos it's now past my
bedtime.
