  Adaptive Sloping Track Module

I've just posted a drawing explaining how to extend a railway layout when the track slopes at the point of extension, without intrducing an excessive change of slope. (URL) is used in my new large layout, which will be 16ftx12ft (37x28 of 16x16 (...)   Re: Estimate wanted

(...) Thanks for checking Psi, I went to Birmingham's PaB yesterday, they have grey, black and red 2x2's. I'm going to town again next week so I'll pick some up. 1.5p each is a good price. Steve (19 years ago, 16-Feb-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Estimate wanted

(...) I've just tested it for you and without any clever packing I say about 700. But I've never seen 2x2 tiles at any PaB. Also last time I looked the big cups were £11 Psi (19 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Estimate wanted

How many 2x2 tiles could I get in the largest PAB cup? And are they still £16? Steve (19 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Best Pick a Brick Store?

Hi Chris, I've only been to three PaBs: Birmingham, Milton Keynes and Legoland (which wasn't at the best time) so this may not be the best summary but I'll go ahead. Perhaps other people can cover the stores I've not been too. (...) These are good (...) (19 years ago, 31-Jan-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Best Pick a Brick Store?

Re: Best Pick a Brick Store?

(...) Hi Chris, I'm not aware of any super PaB store. The best Lego store in many ways is Busy Bee in Manchester (where I live) because it has a good selection of old sets but it has no PaB. It might help if you can be more specific about what (...) (19 years ago, 31-Jan-06, to lugnet.loc.uk)
