I just went to Takashimaya at Orchard yestarday.
Not only they had new technic for 1999 like 8444, but everything
was on 20% off sale.
Including mindstorms so I guess you can get it pretty cheap, at
least for now.

| (...) Last time I checked, I think it was going around for S$380 or up in local TRU. You can also purchase from www.legoworldshop.com you know.... I think prices are not that much different too, though you have to pay for extra shipping cost, good (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.sg)
