Shape memory alloys è il nome comunement eusato per le leghe metalliche che
subiscono un cambiamento di forma con il riscaldamento (o raffreddamento).
Di questi materiali sono composti i cosiddetti "muscle wire" comunemente usati
per fare robot o movimenti ottentuti col passaggio di corrente in un filo.
