The problem is that
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/it
isn't (and never has been) the official/canonical URL for the group. The
correct URL always has been:
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/it/
However, prior to about a week ago, the webserver was lenient about handling
incorrect URLs which were missing the trailing / character. It's more picky
now as a byproduct of an upcoming new page feature.
