Generally the weather moves east-wards along the Rossby waves, which usually means from England or Scotland towards Denmark. Things do change on the way, but usually not that (...) I don't know the average salaries, but the "minimum salary" in Denmark is around 130 kkr. 90% of the population earning less than 300 kkr sounds probable.
