(...) The answer is because zh is for the canton (sort of like state) of Zurich, and zue is for the city of Zurich, presumably... (22 years ago, 28-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ch.zh.zue)

Hi, on terrifically short notice I was told to fly to Zurich...
