| (...) No, no, no, it's "Cocos" Islands. They're southwest of Indonesia, and administered by Australia (also called the Keeling Islands). IIRC they were uninhabited before the British came in the 1820s. So does this mean they need to be under (...) (24 years ago, 7-May-01, to lugnet.loc.cc)
