The annual Train and LEGO show is happening at the Dartmouth Sportsplex this weekend. The Sportsplex is on Wyse Road in Dartmouth, near the Angus L. MacDonald Bridge and the bus loop. VIA was going to have their annual rail safety day (safety lecture for kids, tour the train, displays including my LEGO layout) on May 1 this year, but Old Man Winter has gotten the last laugh. The Annual Model Train and LEGO display at the Dartmouth Sportsplex (just over the MacDonald Bridge) is coming up in two weeks. The third annual 'ALL ABOARD FOR SAFETY' event is taking place at the VIA Rail Station in Halifax on Tuesday May 4th, from 9 am til 3:30 pm.
