I tried that at the Bay, and they wouldn't stack the discounts.  You may get
a less knowledgable sales person who'll let you get away with it, though.

It's also relevant to point out that it won't work out to 35% off, because
the 10% is off your final total (25% off $10=$7.50, 10% off $7.50= $6.75).
Which means that it works out to 32.5% off, or 39.25% if they do let you
stack them.
