The CD-ROM and the manuals have been localized, so they will be in French. I
agree with you that the manual won't be an issue, and as for the CD-ROM I'm
pretty sure you can obtain a free English version from Lego. You might call
Lego *before* ordering your French RIS to be sure they will replace the
CD-ROM.

The Firmware is the same for all versions. It's been not localized (no need
for that).
