Well, depending on where you are in Canada, I'd check out each of:
Zellers, Bay, Toys R Us, Sears, Walmart, and any local Toy stores.
We have a store, PlayValue, in Ottawa that occasionally has great
discounts on some older sets that they might get in bulk.
But each of Zellers, Bay, TRU & Sears have between 10%-40% off
every once in a while, so I'd check them out every week.
