S@H 5610 for 1cent?

I just received a S@H order and inside was a one page flyer showing some new
sets (town, Power miners). At the bottom it showed:
"Exclusive Offer. Get F5610 Builder, a $4.99 value, for just 1 cent when you
spend $75. Use code CPSJ1 at checkout. Valid until April 15, 2009".
The fine print says the exact time, $75 before taxes and shipping etc. as their
offers usually state. But then it says "Offer valid only in the United States".
Considering there is a Canadian flag at the top of the page and "All prices in
Canadian Dollars", and $4.99 is the Canadian price of 5610, this is pretty
ridiculous. I'm assuming it is a mistake, and the code should work.
