S@H has started the annual free shipping over $99, but at the moment it only
seems works online for the US. Comes up automatically as a $0.00 shipping
choice if the order is over $99 shipped to the US, but not to Canada. I called
LEGO and they know about the problem and are working on it. You can place an
order by phone and they will take out the shipping charge. They also claimed
the catalogues were mailed out yesterday.
