Well, the US code is FSH99, but I had to phone LEGO today to get the code for
Canada. It is
CEFSH99
At least it is free shipping for the same amount as the US. Bad news is that
the catalogue code doesn't seem to be working with the website at the moment. I
was warned that I might have to place the order by phone, and I did.
Both people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. Thanks LEGO for the
customer service I expect from you, but haven't gotten lately.
