Has anybody in other areas of the country found older sets still on the shelves
long after their release and new sets have been stocked?
For example, I've made two recent visits to the Zellers in Summerside (PEI) (1
hour west of my house) and I've noticed quite a few older SW sets. I'm assuming
that bigger areas have more enthusiasts grabbing sets and the stores probably
clear the old inventory more often. Here's what is still on the shelves as of
yesterday:
7121 Naboo Swamp (2 boxes) $10.88
7127 AT-ST (2 boxes, 1 partially opened) around $15
7146 Tie Fighter (2 boxes) $29.87
7166 Imperial Shuttle (1 box, big tear on front) still $44
I bought a MTT for $59 (didn't go BOGOHP) and since my first visit the
last 7126 Droid Carrier had disappeared.
