Thanks for John and Adam for your comments. Again, we sincerely hope that lego play area will be available next year in Calgary. We weren't sure what you mean by your opening comments. In all fairness, we do not mean to be negative in accusing Edmonton group. But we just want to find out why. I'm really interested in who you that the Edmonton group "will not part with them" because that is not the case. We were in the Calgary super model train show today and was glad to see two families put up lego trains in the show. In fact, one family ,Shawn Nilles(?) won the runner up display for the train show. My local Wal-Mart had 6-7 of these sets left. The price has been reduced down to $20 as a clearance item. Not bad for the piece count. (...) Well, the mistake is including the 4x12 grey plate behind the chopper. The red base of the chopper won't be 4x5. Look at the canopy - it's hinged from the top. Hi, Anybody find any good Christmas deals around Ottawa yet? Most places I've been to have been cleaned out. Only thing I've seen is the big construction set at Zellers for $45 or so, but still didn't pick one up. How about you guys? The only thing I found that might be worthwhile is 6600 Highway Construction for $45. They must have had about 20 of them. But it is still a bit too much for the roadplates and bridge that might be of interest. Does anybody else think this is a good (...) Actually, A questions is why is this set not in the new 2002 catalog? Understand I am sure some things are developed well in advance, but mention of this one isn't anywhere to be found, until now.
