Just a minor point, we do have this one... it's called lugnet.trains and
it even has a subgroup.
Trains and starwars. That's all you need. All the other themes suck
anyway. Just KIDDING, people... some of my best friends like castle (hi
Mike!) and space (hi Todd!).

Simon, Here's a thread from March on a similar subject -- (URL) the plan is to have a lugnet.lego.* sub-tree of the newsgroup hierarchy, starting with all of the programmes and systems, and possibly someday (if appropriate) branching down into (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.bn, lugnet.admin.general)
