Just a quick outline of Brikwars for Sat (Selwyn house, Craigieburn):

please bring some form of terrain (preferably 2 32x32 baseplates of
it)

MAX TL: 5
Max CP: 150
Max troops (non officers): 10
Max officers: 1
Max vehicles: 1
Max vehicle class: 4

A troop is considered to be a basic trooper, scout, mechanic, medic or
pilot, an officer is a "hero" without SF's.

A troop or vehicle MUST be within 1 baseplate of the officer to be
able to be controlled by the owner. A troop out of range will hold
position until in contact range.

A vehicle can have EITHER weapons with combined power requirement up
to 4 or a transmission aerial (10cp). This aerial allows communication
between any troops within a radius of 2 baseplates, allowing an
officer and a troop to be up to 5 baseplates apart and still able to
function without radios.

Entering or leaving a vehicle uses BOTH the figures movement and
Fattack phase for the turn, and a fig must be within 1 inch (4 studs)
of the vehicle to enter it, and leaves the vehicle within 1 inch of
it.

You can increase the range a troop can be from the officer by
purchasing a radio (1 cp) for the troop and/or officer. This radio
will increase the range a troop can be from the officer by 1
baseplate, or if both have a radio, by 2 baseplates. Unfortunately,
carrying a radio uses 1 hand, making 2 handed weapons harder to use.

The field will be a 6x6 roadplate area, with the goal of "capturing"
as much territory as possible, and/or being the only force standing at
the end. Territory is captured by having a troop of your own on a
baseplate, with no other forces troops on the same baseplate, and/or
by surrounding a SINGLE unoccupied baseplate with captured baseplates
or the edge of the battlefield. the troop MUST be standing on the
baseplate (troops in a vehicle cannot capture territory).

Denial of territory can be done through having a mini-fig with a foor
on two seperate baseplates (a troop can only capture a single
baseplate. Standing with a foot on each of two baseplates will result
in neither being captured.) or driving a vehicle onto captured
territory.

The battle may be turn, time, or points limited, this being decided on
the day.

Points will be awarded at the end of each players turn for each
territory controlled by them. These points may be used to aquire more
troops (up to the maximum starting amount) if the player controls an
edge baseplate. Vehicles and officers cannot be replaced.

FORCE PLACEMENT:
1) Each player will decide which of their troops are in a vehicle (if
applicable) and which aren't.
2) each player rolls 1d20
3) from highest to lowest (from 2), each player rolls 2d6 for a
unit(declared in advance) to decide which baseplate it begins on.
(player 1 places a unit, then player 2, and so on back to player 1 for
their second unit...)
4) if a unit lands in range (and sight) of an opponents forces, these
forces have the option of attacking the newly arrived unit with a -1
skill modifier. The newly arrived unit cannot return fire.
5) when all units are placed, players take their turns in the order
(highest to lowest) from step 2.

Let me know if this seems OK, or needs clarification...or needs to
wait till the following meeting.
