Our solution for all our extra Harry/Ron/Hermione heads/hairpieces is to
pull and store them and replace them with other faces/hairpieces so we've
been able to build up our Gryffindor house ranks creating Fred, George,
Percy, Seamus, etc. I may eventually try to print some tiny Hufflepuff and
Ravenclaw house patch stickers to apply over our surplus Gryffindor
minifigs... Our current Great Hall is 24x40 studs with tables for all four
houses with a dream of one 3x that in size. We have also double-sized our
Snape's Classroom and the girl's restroom from Troll on the Loose. To my
5-year old son (primary owner of our HP sets) playability is what it's all
about. At roughly $550 USD to obtain 1 copy each of all the HP sets it'll be
another year's worth of birthdays/Christmas, etc before my kids receive
everything unless we completely spoil them--wait, too late! about $100 in HP
parts spent last month on Bricklink ;)

For each one, I give the prices I paid about a week ago through local retailers with the S@H price shown for comparison. The price per piece (based on S@H prices) is (...)
