(Apparently it was taking part in the Philidendron Project - a top secret
project which aimed to disquise large naval ships as harmless potted plants,
and which went terribly awry).

Oh *sure*, drum up the arms race, why don't you? It was a nice clean argument between ports full of sailing ships and then you have to bring a modern destroyer into it... Hey, wait a second, HMLS... HER MAJESTY'S! Please tell me she arrived in port (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.pirates)
