Yep, I'd heard a similar thing. Even the local doctor [who collects a little
LEGO] said that when he was in Italy a few years ago he picked up a
'robin-hood' set, and from his description of the mini-figs, it sounded like
the originals, and not the dark forest sets. Maybe TLG is trying to send us
the old stock and the italians are hi-jacking it on the way.
Or else, that's as far South as they care about? [And they couldn't care
less about Oz...Seems likely.]
