The results of the LUGnet 2001 Posting Olympics have just been released and
...
Australia's own Ross Crawford takes the podium in 5th place with 1554
postings, a mighty effort constituting 1.28% of the total postings.
Also highly commended is Melody Brown, in 41st place with 550 postings, an
average of 1.5 postings per day.
However, the gold medal goes to Larry Pieniazek with 3739 postings (yes,
that's more than 10 per day and 3.08% of the total postings), who has
comprehensively beaten silver medallist Todd Lehman with 1741 postings, who
narrowly defeated bronze medallist Frank Filz with 1708.
