Probably brickbay.
The big flags don't appear in any of the recently released pirate sets, but
there are some small ones in the Red Beard Runner and Enchanted Island.
There is nothing else on S@H.
Based on the pirate sets I acquired on ebay, it's pretty clear that most of
these flags get broken (or to be precise the clips are broken off), so I
expect the survivors can command their price!
