Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately up 'til this point, all I'd seen was
the above sentence "Unless they run a fulfilment center, they have to do
that doc for each and every order." which doesn't say they *won't* run one,
and the original paraphrase "One of the big holdups is your government who
requires BOTH electronic AND paper import documents for the same import
shipment. Complain to them.", which also doesn't make the exact position
(WRT fulfilment) clear.
I apologise if I missed some other post which may have cleared this all up.
