    Star Wars buckets —Mark Harrison
   I decided to grab a couple of the star wars buckets during the last Target 20% off sale and was expecting the price to be something between $39 and $44 less 20%. When I got to the checkout they rang up at $24.??. It appears they were selling at (...) (23 years ago, 16-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

     (...) Usually the only person aware of this price drop is the pricing person. I'm not sure which stores shelf ticketers are worse. Whilst I missed out on the $24 price during the 20% off sale I did manage to get one last week at Target Hobart for $29.95, still better than 20% off $45.95 which is what they sell for everywhere else down here!    (...) Kmart have their Star Wars buckets marked clearance at $39.95 ! What a generous clearance price...not. Kmart also have the Imperial Shuttle 7166 at $63.xx (marked Low Price), which I have seen elsewhere at $54.xx and $58.xx. So Kmart 10-15% (...) (23 years ago, 30-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
