That means you're at the furthest point. That's almost Darlinghurst on one
side and almost Paddington on the other. Buses to Railway Square travel along
Oxford Street. From Railway Square it's a decent walk along Harris Street
to the Powerhouse. If walking in Surry Hills be street aware, there are a few
addicts about (not just the caffeine ones).

I thought it would be easier to meet up with James who would be travelling by
public transport as well. In case the convoy gets delayed, you two could enter
the Powerhouse, to avoid waiting. Whoever arrives before 11am might as well
wait for the others until 11am and then go inside, if they wish.
