Just thought I'd post some pictures of my MOC AT-ST. Any criticism of
the model is apprectiated. The attempt was to create an AT-ST in a
similar way to that which TLC would but with a little more detailing.
The cockpit opens and allows two minifigs in a camped way and one in
comfort. Although it is standing on its own in the pictures, the
click-hinges are not quite strong enough to hold it for any great length
of time.

That's a pretty good representation for what Lego will probably come out with!
Actually, I'll guess they'll make it look worse :( They'll probably find some
way to sneak in some random colors and make it more out of scale... Any idea
how many pieces you used? Looks (from a guestimate) about 150 pieces, give or
take a few dozen? Further proof that a good AT-ST set may be possible from
TLC :)

(...) I would guess about 150 pieces too. I semi counted it once but stopped when I realised it was more than 100. Tim (24 years ago, 9-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)
