Dateline: Brisbane Courier-Mail, 6 Sept 2000, Car 2000 Supplement page 2:

"Lego has raced into Formula One with the Lego Technic Silver Champion,
claimed to be one of the most sophisticated model cars in the world. Its
engineering features a unique suspension system, hydraulics, gears and
pistons with parts which work as on a real F1 racer.

The Silver Champion, available in metallic silver or black, can also be
re-built as a truck racer. It is the top of the line model in Lego's Create
'n' Race series, which covers most aspects of motorsport with models
designed for children aged from 10 years but which are just as exciting for
adults."

OK, there are a few inaccuracies here (the black Silver Champion??) but we
are talking about the Courier-Mail, which has a long tradition of inaccuracy
to uphold :-)

Still it's nice to see a middle-of-the-road newspaper being aware that Lego
isn't just for kids!
