Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but the reasons I haven't joined is that I had intended joining this year [last year I was at uni and didn't have all that much extra cash] and had forgotten. [plus getting $US is extremely expensive from a (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)
