Hi Everyone,

I'm currently building each of the body designs for the H(J,X,Z) series Holden -
Panel Van, Ute, One-tonner(tray back), Sedan and Wagon.

Check out the first 2 styles by visiting...

...for pics you may have seen of the Pano, and...

...for some new pics of the ute.

The ute was made from the panel-van with some minor changes to the basic
chassis, including lengthening the wheelbase 1 brick, the addition of a fuel
filler and a handbrake lever.  The only non-LEGO part is a small length of
coathanger wire in the roll bar to maintain the correct shape.

Building in this scale (approx 1:20) and trying to capture the lines of the real
car is quite a challenge but great fun!  Expect more examples of classic
Australian muscle cars and v8 icons from me in the near future!

Cheers,

Braith.
