After discovering a misformed piece in my knight bus, and playing telephone tag
with the nice folks at Lego Australia, I made contact with them.
"Oh dear", she said, and explained that it's a new set and a new part, and they
didn't have any spares for it yet, she suggested they might have to get it sent
from Denmark. She promised to check with her boss and phone me back.
And a short time later she phoned. Rather than get one from Denmark, they'd just
open a new set and pull out the part I needed.
A day later, it arrived in the mail.
Full marks to Lego Australia!
