Hi,
I went into Wollongong Mall this morning to see if any of the stores had
the Lego Soccer sets. To my great delight and surprise, the David Jones had
ALL of the soccer sets.
An even greater surprise were the prices! The 3409's were only $54.95!!!
All the other sets were similarly cheap. So, run, don't walk to your local
DJ's if you want these sets. (Just don't bother going to Wollongong. I
cleaned them out of their two sets. They'll have to order some more in. :)

| Mmmmm. Toyworld Bowral, renowned for early release but RRP, also has them, 3409 at $59. This makes much more sense than the $115 I seem to recall we originally expected. And at $20 for the buses, that doesn't seem so bad either. I should be able to (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
