Well, first and foremost it would be a sensible and intelligent decision
to open stores in places where there are actual customers for the given
product. And the first thing one seems to learn at the manager school is
to avoid sensible and intelligent decisions.
This idea fits nicely with the long list of increasigly stupid business
decisions in the last years (Juniorisation, Duplo/Explore, New Colours,
etc). There seems to be an internal Track and Field among the managers
about who can cook up the most ridiculus idea or the best way to ruin
the shop.
One can only pray that Kjeld puts a stop to all this lunacy.
