Hi all.
I have fond memories of the LegOz meeting in Sydney last year.  One thing
that sticks in my mind is the conversation at the casino on the Saturday
night.  James, Myself and a few others (I think Richie was also involved)
were talking about Terry Pratchett.  We were trying to remember which book
had the quote about setting a man alight.  but no-one was 100% sure which
book it was.
Well, I found it
"Give a man a fire and he's warm for a day, but set fire to him and he's
warm for the rest of his life"

Well done. Yes, I was probably responsible.

The latest, "Monstrous Regiment" is rather good too.

You have no idea how much that has been weighing on my mind! I've even used
the quote couple of times since James reminded me of it.
And I just haven't had the time to go back and read them all!
(As a Pratchett aside, I finished reading the Science of the Discworld II
this morning. A good read, and educational besides. It contains a Lego
reference too).

Now try... (which book and in reference to which character)
"An Education is like a sexually communicable disease, it makes you unsuitable
for a lot of jobs and you have a burning itch to pass it on"
(yes, I've set the follow-up apropriately)

James (who hasn't read Sci ofDiscworldII but will... someday)

P.S. Pratchet themed MOCs at Brickmeet'04?
