Its been a while since I last did some stats for .loc.au.
I think there must be something wrong with my email account, because I havent
received a single complaint about this disappointing lack of statistics.
Things have been pretty quiet on .loc.au of late. I wonder if thats because
2003 has proven to be a particularly bountiful year for the Australian LEGO fan?
(Alternately, it might be my fault: According to a recent post, my possibly
sarcastic comment on the negative outcome of approaches to LEGO Australia for
assistance caused those very negative outcomes. Strange but true! 1)
Anyway, on to some numbers:
In August 03, there were 31 posters to .loc.au (47 in Aug 02) and between them
they made 88 posts (269 last august).
Of the 31, 7 were foreigners (8 last August).
Of the posters, only two made ten or more posts.
The good news is we are still 341 posts ahead of .loc.us. Not that that matters.

| | Foreigners seem to have a strange ideas when it comes to Australians. LEGO Australia turning down requests for assistance because of something I would later say is way up there with Larrys assertion that LEGO limited the availability of certain sets to Australia because of the whinging of a very very few.

| | As all Australians know, the only thing that really matters is that we beat New Zealand! ;-)
