Those are the 2008 set names as posted by Brickset, and it seems pretty obvious
that a glaring omission in the minifig lineup is being filled, that being the
irrepressible Harley Quinn.  This got me to thinking about what other minifigs
I'd like to see produced:

1) Batgirl.  Hands down, this is the one that needs to be made the most.  Aside
from the noted fact that female minifigs are exceedingly uncommon, it'd be
really nice if they could produce a special version of the Batcowl that has red
hair sprouting from the back.  In the meantime, I intend to meld a Batcowl and
an orange female hair for my custom version.

2) Clayface.  He has to be based on the massive B:TAS version (and no, the Rock
Raiders monster is not sufficient to the task...but I might have to pick one up
now), or they need to start widening the range of reddish-brown parts so that I
can rebuild my Bleyface in the proper color.

3) Manbat.  I came up with a passable solution using 100% unmodified parts, but
I'd much prefer to see him rendered with pieces that are designed for that
purpose.

4) Ra's al Ghul.  Not very likely to happen, but I haven't yet figured out a way
to make him that I'm happy with.  Then again, I haven't given it a significant
amount of thought.  Part of the problem is that I keep thinking in terms of the
B:TAS look, but there aren't any good green suits.

5) Firefly.  Actually, I don't mind so much if they never make him, because I'm
quite thrilled with the design that I came up with (as is often the case with my
custom minifigs, he's based on the B:TAS version).

6) Mad Hatter.  Again, I've got a perfectly servicable custom, so I don't much
care if they ever make him.

7) Black Mask.  I _really_ doubt they'll ever make him, but he's so easy to
customize that it shouldn't matter.

8) The Red Hood.  Joker before he became the Joker, this is probably the least
likely of the group, but I've only ever seen one other custom of this villain,
and the creator came up with the same idea I had (and which I'd used a few years
ago with my first Moonbase module).

9) Huntress.  Delving further into the not-very-likely group, this is a
character that is pretty much not possible without resorting to paint and/or
stickers.

10) Reaper/Phantasm.  Essentially different versions of the same character, I
would be shocked and amazed if they ever produce this minifig.  Phantasm is much
more feasible as a custom minifig, though (in fact, I just realized how I can
make one!).

11) Gordon.  Not sure why they haven't made him yet, but they really should.

12) Lucius Fox.  Same deal, especially after his long overdue live-action debut
in Batman Begins.
