Well, I went back to LL today, I only went to get more of the bulk bricks
and I got shot down like a duck in duck season! I went back to get more of
the pink and get some purple and teal and other non-basic colors. But when I
asked the MC what colors they had her reply was "we only sell the colors you
see in the bins in front of you" I looked at the bins, all basic colors
(well most of the basic colors - not all plus tan and i think orange). I
told her I got pink bricks there on Wed. and the MC told me they sold every
color, I even pointed out the stack of all the color bricks that the MC on
wed said was the colors they sold, thats why it was there ~ to show what
colors they have for sale. But todays MC told me the girl on Wed was new and
sold me and a few othes bricks that belonged to the masterbuilders! I tried
to talk to a manager, but she only echoed what the MC told me. I called
customer service when i got home to see what they could do to get more
colors out, the guy is going to foward it to the head of marketing and see
if they can help us out at all.
So if I got any of your hopes up, I am sorry :( I was really let down today
also! I am not sure if I should feel cheated I did not get more on Wed - or
if I should be happy I got as much pink as I did!
And Tim, now you can get your laptop, lol!!
I will keep you posted if anything happens.
