1. The passenger terminal has been rebuilt recently and moved to the other
side of the airport. I haven't tried walking but I have been picked up by
the hotel minibus, and judging by the time it took to drive, I'd say it's
well over a mile's walk. I don't suppose a taxi will be cheap but if you're
limited for time, it's probably worth it.
2. No, but the LEGOLAND hotel foyer has a fairly good selection in its shop,
as does the 'duty free' shop in the airport departure lounge, although don't
expect a huge discount, it's probably cheaper at home.
3. If you have time for a walk but don't go in the park, it is worth seeing
the LEGO factory just down the road, the memorial to GKK and the Futura
offices. All are fairly easy to find.
Don't forget if you have a Califorina season pass you can get in the park
for free.
