Maybe this is a good time to scoop up a second RIS. Goodness knows I need it.
I'm really disappointed that they aren't making one last push on the robotics
front. What if they released a 'bare bones' set that contained one touch sensor,
RCX, two motors, and enough parts to make the Acrobot? Could they price that
under CAN$100? What if there was a really aggressive television advertising hype
blitz? What if there was some kind of (god forbid) Bionicle tie-in?
I guess that's what the Spybotics were...
Still, the fact that an RIS2.0 costs the same as a Gamecube and three titles
(read: 80+ hours of entertainment) is absolutely inexcusable.

Chris: Glad you got brickOS working. Sorry I couldn't make the dinner --
project, university apps, connect4 bot, etc... btw anyone know a secret code to
put on my Waterloo Mechatronics information form that will guarentee admission?
:)
