The only problem with that is all I want/need are lots of just one size.
Preferably 6x8 but something similar (4x10, 8x8, etc.) would suffice. These
sizes are large enough to cover a decent amount of space, yet small enough to
be highly versatile. I don't really want all the extra small plates and added
cost I would get from a few thousand 5217s just for the 6x8s. Anyway currently
Lego Direct offers packs of 1xNs or 2xNs. Well what about the 6x8s? I really
don't even care what color they are at this point. I would prefer grey or black
but I would even take pink at this point. I have been wanting these for about
10 years but it wasn't untill LD came along that I thought it might actually
happen. 6x8s has been the only "bulk pack" I have really been wanting since
they announced they would be making them. I would get a bunch of fence packs
and clear 1x2s but without the plates to utilize them, what is the point?
