Star Wars Mini Promo - my disappointment with the way the promo was presented.

The page above has a link which sends one to a page where they can collect a
miniature Star Wars set, however, the promotion is only valid for US
residents!! Could someone at LEGO please explain why there was an
announcement in a tiny
almost unreadable font at the bottom of the page rather than proper location
screening routines built into the web hosting server handling the link?
Clearly, LEGO has done a lot in promoting the offer, but very little in the
way of giving people a clear idea of which country the promotion is for.
If someone at LEGO could correct this confusion, I would appreciate it! If
they can get the promotion running for other countries, too, I and others
would rejoice!
Got halfway through the sign-up process on that page it sends you to before
I noticed what country it was intended for! :-(
