You forgot to mention the special discount codes in the catalogs, like the
50% off on the off-roader recently.
I phoned S@H Netherlands the other day and they hadn't heard about discount
codes. They thought it very unlikely those discounts would ever make it over
here. S@H catalogs might arrive sometime next year though....
Oh, and of course the famous Blue Tub that's never been available here....
So please Jake, while you're at it, could you explain these two as well?

P.S. This has probably nothing to do with Lego directly, but while I hear
about Wallmart and TRU doing great offers on Lego all the time here in
Holland 90% of toy shops are part of two main chains, and both charge MORE
than the price in the Lego catalogue, which is why the catalogues are not
available in those shops. TRU I think are down to three shops in Holland,
and they rarely have interesting offers.....
