I think they're Mega Blocks. The copter looks alot like a Megablock one.
And one of the rules were 'no representation of competing products.'

| (...) Hoooo-eeee! That's not just a model made of Megabloks, it's an *official* Megabloks model. Looks like Lego's been stung again... :) Perhaps they should enlist a couple of judges from LUGNET, at least we seem to be able to recognize the real (...) (23 years ago, 8-Apr-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct)
