I don't think a computer programmer would have phrased it, "randomly and logically", but if the system tries to (logically) give each idea the same amount of face time, and does so by selecting (randomly) from the pool of ideas that have not (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jul-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)
