Doubtful. The Slashdot article didn't get posted until 10:42am, and even
"mattdm" himself was reporting problems getting onto www.lego.com/bulk earlier
than that:

(posted at 12:15GMT, which is 8:15am... well, Eastern Daylight Time. I'm
assuming that SlashDot is eastern, if it's not, please correct me).
You'll also note that the Slashdot article was reported by mattdm. I don't
think it's a big stretch to imagine it's the same mattdm. Dot Org and all.
